ReSet
Many suffer from mental health issues in our demanding world. Without learning concepts about how to deal with them, we get stuck in patterns that can become destructive. Soldiers and personnel working in high-pressure environments often suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). ReSeT offers a comprehensive five-day course that gives individuals the tools to mitigate trauma, overthinking and substance abuse to live a stable and fulfilling life.

Mission
Drawing on his personal experience, Rick Jens supports soldiers and their families by providing practical guidance on navigating trauma and managing the pressures of high-demand operational environments.
Vision
Through active engagement and by becoming a driving force for open conversations about mental health among soldiers, we help break the stigma and promote cultural change. We begin our efforts in Ukraine, where many soldiers lack access to professional mental health treatment.

We offer comprehensive training built on our own experience and many years of hands-on experimentation with recovery.
"I adjust my training to your specific needs without compromising professional standards. This way, I ensure that every participant receives real tools and achieves tangible results."
